Birth Services

Once we have signed the contract, I will be available for direct contact via text, call or email for any questions or concerns. Throughout your pregnancy I will send you educational information or other various resources that I believe will benefit you. We will schedule two prenatal visits that will be tailored to your specific needs. Whether it’s assisting you with writing a birth plan, finding resources for baby, preparing meals for postpartum or something else- it will be about YOUR needs. I will be on call for you beginning at 37 weeks until birth. Regardless of labor beginning via induction or spontaneously, I will be in contact with you about progression. When you feel you need my support I will join you. Once baby is born I will stay with you until you’re settled and comfortable. Soon after birth we will schedule a visit to unpack your birth, discuss mental health and provide breastfeeding support. If you require additional assistance, we can discuss postpartum services or other resources you may require.

Postpartum Services

As your postpartum doula I will be there for whatever you need. I will be available to provide assistance to you in your home with light housekeeping, newborn/infant care, meal prep, or another specific need. Whether we journeyed through pregnancy and birth together or we just met, we will discuss your birth and how you feel you’re coping with changes in postpartum. All postpartum visits will prioritize your needs at that time.
